One of the best spot to get Peking duck in the Capital, Dadong Roast Duck Restaurant has been serving perfectly fruit wood roasted fowls since 1985. Over the years, Chef Dong has evolved and expanded his menu to include modern Chinese dishes and degustation menus to complement the gastronomic experience. The Peking duck here is crisp, full-flavoured and light on grease, served alongside freshly steamed rice flour wraps and condiments. There are two options to have your duck carcass after carving – in a soup or a stir-fry. We recommend you choose the latter eaten with rice or lettuce to enjoy the most of your roast duck.
